My lovely friend Carol sadly passed away in Manorlands last week. Over the years she's raised thousands of pounds for the hospice, giving 110% at every event to ensure as much money could be raised as possible to help others. I am taking part in the Keighley Big 10k/5k on 26 March. Your sponsorship money will go directly to Manorlands to help others too. Thank youUpdates

3rd April 2017A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the Keighley Big 10k/5k run last weekend. Total sponsorship raised was a brilliant £397.00. Carol was with us every step of the way laughing at us in our tutu skirts!!! ❤️
