Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My wonderful wife, Lindsey, is endeavouring to complete the Great North Run 2017 in memory of my sister Carol Marshall.

Carol sadly passed away on the 1st March this year and was a staunch supporter and fund raiser for Manorlands Hospice in Oxenhope. She was initially a volunteer at Manorlands before becoming permanently employed for a number of years, where she also received wonderful support from her colleagues when the extent and deterioration of her illness became known.

Carol was totally selfless, always thought of others before herself and was well known for her fantastic fund raising exploits.

Lindsey wishes to promote this by way of raising as much as she can on behalf of the Hospice and we both hope that you will be able to support her in this fitting tribute to my sister.

In preparation, Lindsey has just completed the Leeds half marathon on the 14th May and hopes that this will spur her on to a better completion time in September!

Please show your support as this is an incredible effort.

Thank you ever so much for your generous donations,

Nigel and Lindsey
